Delegates
The participation fee is 850€.
The participation fee includes:
Admission to the paper and poster presentations and the exhibition, delegate's bag containing conference material,
all lunches and coffees, Get-together Party, Rovaniemi City reception,
Symposium Dinner with Santa Claus, and Midnight Sun Drink at Ounasvaara.
The fee for one day participation is 400€ including lunch and coffee, but not evening events.
The fee for accompanying persons, 370€, includes all lunches and coffees, the Get-together Party,
Symposium Dinner, Reception at City Hall, and Midnight Sun Drink at Ounasvaara.
The fees do not include travel, accommodation, or the charge for exhibition space.
POST-SYMPOSIUM TOURS
A post-symposium tour in Lapland June 8-10 (link to PDF of tour) will be organised
if there is sufficient interest (minimum 30 participants).
